Labour Party Chairman Julius Abure has firmly responded to Governor Alex Otti’s alleged attempts to undermine the party’s National Working Committee (NWC).
In a bold statement, Abure declared, “No governor, no matter how powerful, can dissolve the NWC, state councils, or LG councils.
Even a military regime wouldn’t dare!” Abure emphasized that the party would defend its mandate vigorously, signaling a showdown within the party.
The Chairman’s defiance comes amid growing tensions between the party leadership and Otti’s camp, with Abure vowing to resist any form of intimidation.
