Troops of Operation FANSAN YANMA have engaged suspected armed bandits in a fierce gun battle during a high-risk clearance operation in Zamfara State.
The clash erupted in Yankuzo area of Tsafe Local Government Area as troops advanced on a suspected hideout linked to notorious armed groups operating in the axis.
