More than two weeks after the abduction of schoolchildren in Oyo State, President Bola Tinubu has sent a high-powered delegation led by National Security Adviser (NSA) Nuhu Ribadu to the affected communities in a renewed effort to address the crisis and reassure residents.

The delegation’s visit comes amid growing public concern over the fate of the abducted pupils and mounting calls for intensified rescue operations.

During the visit, Ribadu and members of the team met with community leaders, families of the victims, and local stakeholders, conveying the President’s commitment to securing the safe return of the children and restoring confidence in ongoing security efforts.
