Senator Orji Uzor Kalu has declared that he would quit the All Progressives Congress (APC) if President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ever disrespects Catholic bishops, insisting that his loyalty to the Church is unwavering.
The former Abia State governor made the remark while reaffirming his deep commitment to the Catholic faith, stressing that respect for religious leaders remains a non-negotiable principle for him.
Kalu said although he remains a loyal member of the ruling APC and supports President Tinubu’s administration, he would not hesitate to leave the party if the President was seen to have shown disrespect to Catholic bishops.
