Radda Makes Surprise Hospital Visit, Pays Patients’ Medical Bills

Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, on Thursday paid an unscheduled visit to the Federal Teaching Hospital, Katsina, where he interacted with patients receiving treatment and assessed their welfare firsthand.
