The Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) has officially accredited the Pharmacy Technician programme at Alliance College of Health and Environmental Science Dutsinma, marking a major boost for healthcare training in Katsina State.

The approval followed a comprehensive assessment by the Council’s visitation team, which evaluated the institution’s curriculum, facilities, and staffing to ensure compliance with national standards.

Speaking after the exercise, the Council’s representative, Agbumart Igbokwe, expressed satisfaction with the college’s adherence to regulatory requirements, noting that the programme meets strict benchmarks for safety, quality, and professional training.

She emphasized that the accreditation reflects the Council’s commitment to producing competent pharmacy technicians equipped for real-world healthcare delivery, while also urging the institution to sustain high standards in staffing and infrastructure.
