“We lament the collapse of industries in the North all is as a result of some unwanted attitudes that is why we are calling on critical stakeholders to wake up from their slumber to continue with the profound legacies of our forebears.
The Forum, in particular, praise the efforts of Benue State Government for promoting orange processing industries and call on other states to promote the growth of industries in which they hold competitive advantage.
We must create avenues for job creation for our teeming youth with a view to taming the tide of idleness and drug abuse in the society.
“Leaders should examine the issue of out of school children as 80 to 90 percent of out of school children are from the North, which is another problem in the years coming.”
