Spearheaded by the office of the Senior Special Assistant/Focal Person on MSMEs to His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Gombe State, Hon. Abdulwahab Sabo, this program targets over eleven thousand beneficiaries spread across the state’s 11 Local Government Areas (LGAs).

Under this program, each beneficiary stands to receive a grant of fifty thousand naira, providing a much-needed financial boost in the face of economic challenges.

Hon. Abdullahi Sabo expressed gratitude to President Ahmad Bola Tinubu and the Ministry of Trade and Industry for extending this opportunity to Gombe State.

He also called upon the people of Gombe State to continue supporting the present administration, led by Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, chairman of the Northern Governors’ Forum, in their efforts to deepen democracy.

BABANGIDA Usman from the Bank of Industry, responsible for conducting the enumeration exercises, commended both the State and Federal Governments for initiating this program to alleviate the plight of the masses.

“They acknowledged Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya and President Ahmad Bola Tinubu for their timely intervention during these challenging times, pledging to utilize the funds to enhance their businesses.

The initiation of the PPP in Gombe State reflects a concerted effort by the government to empower MSMEs and stimulate economic growth at the grassroots level.

“With beneficiaries poised to leverage these grants for business expansion and sustainability, the program holds promise for fostering entrepreneurship and driving socio-economic development across the state.
