In the early hours of today, at about 0130 hrs, suspected kidnappers silently invaded the home of Hauwa’u Adamu, a 75-year-old resident of Kahutu village in Danja LGA, Katsina State, and kidnapped her.
The Danja Divisional Police Headquarters swiftly received the report, and the DPO Danja immediately led a team of operatives to the scene.
The police have since arrested two suspects for questioning. ASP Abubakar Sadiq Aliyu, the Police Public Relations Officer, assured the public that further developments will be communicated as the investigation proceeds.
The safety of Hauwa’u Adamu remains the top priority.
