Barcelona teenager Lamine Yamal has been ruled out of tomorrow’s clash and could also miss the upcoming tie against Newcastle.
Head coach Hansi Flick didn’t hide his frustration, taking aim at Spain’s handling of the youngster during the international break.
“Spain gave him painkillers and even when they were winning, they made him play. This is not taking care of the players. I’m very sad about this,” Flick said.
The absence of the 17-year-old starlet is a major setback for Barça, who now face a crucial period without their brightest attacking spark.
