Angry Youths Storm President’s Villa, Demand Action Over Sanusi’s Return as Emir

In a dramatic display of frustration, angry youths gathered at the gates of the President’s Villa and the National Assembly today, demanding immediate intervention from President Bola Ahmed Tinubu following the return of Muhammad Sanusi II as Emir of Kano.

Carrying banners emblazoned with messages like “Kwankwaso using puppet Abba to foment political crisis in Kano State,” the protesters expressed deep concern over the political turmoil they believe is orchestrated by former Governor Rabiu Kwankwaso and current Governor Abba Yusuf.

The demonstrators called on President Tinubu to restore stability and prevent further unrest in Kano State, emphasizing that Sanusi’s return has ignited tensions that could spiral out of control.

The youths, chanting slogans and waving placards, urged the government to take swift action to ensure peace and order in the region.
