KATSINA — Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has taken the Tinubu–Dikko 2027 mobilisation campaign to Malumfashi Local Government Area as his statewide political engagement tour gathers momentum ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Governor Radda led members of the Tinubu–Dikko 2027 Campaign Council to Malumfashi on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, for a series of engagements aimed at strengthening grassroots mobilisation and reaching out to political leaders, community stakeholders and residents.

The governor’s visit marks another phase of the statewide campaign tour, which is focused on mobilising support for the re-election bid of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Radda’s aspiration for a second term as Katsina State governor.

During the two-day visit, Radda is expected to engage APC leaders, political organisations, youth groups and other stakeholders, while also paying homage to traditional rulers across the area.

According to the governor’s itinerary, the campaign train will move to Kankara Local Government Area, where Radda is scheduled to visit district heads before proceeding to the local government secretariat for a rally with APC leaders, supporters and residents.

Similar engagements are planned for Malumfashi, beginning with visits to district heads and culminating in a campaign rally at the local government secretariat.

The rallies are expected to provide an opportunity for political leaders, youth organisations and other stakeholders to participate in the mobilisation activities ahead of the 2027 elections.

The Malumfashi visit comes on the heels of previous campaign engagements in Funtua, Sabuwa, Dandume, Faskari, Bakori, Danja and Kafur local government areas.

From Malumfashi, the statewide mobilisation train is expected to proceed to Musawa and Matazu as the campaign council continues its engagements across the 34 local government areas of Katsina State.

The statewide tour forms part of the political activities of the Tinubu–Dikko 2027 Campaign Council ahead of the forthcoming general elections.

Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed, Chief Press Secretary to the Katsina State Governor, disclosed the development in a press release dated November 3, 2026.
