In a daring and heroic mission, troops of Operation Lake Sanity I, part of Operation Hadin Kai, have orchestrated a dramatic rescue operation, saving 44 lives from the clutches of terror in Borno State’s Timbuktu Triangle.
Led by Sector 2’s Special Forces, in close coordination with HYBRID forces and the Civilian Joint Task Force, the troops stormed deep into the insurgents’ hideouts, facing off against ISWAP fighters to secure the safety of innocent civilians.
Reports confirm the rescue of 28 children, 14 women, and 2 men from the grips of terror, marking a significant victory against the forces of darkness.
Remarkably, not a single military casualty was suffered during this courageous endeavour.
