National Security Adviser Mallam Nuhu Ribadu has announced his intention to sue Kano State’s Deputy Governor, Comrade Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo, for defamation.
Gwarzo accused Ribadu of using his office to support Ado Bayero’s return to Kano.
In a statement from his legal team at Aliyu & Musa Chambers, Ribadu demanded a public apology from Gwarzo.
The letter emphasized that the accusations were baseless and damaging to Ribadu’s reputation, warning that failure to retract and apologize within 24 hours would lead to legal proceedings.
