Katsina Police Command thwarted two separate bandit attacks on August 25, 2024, rescuing five kidnapped victims and neutralizing two suspected kidnappers in Malumfashi LGA.
The bandits, who launched assaults on Layin Minister and Marabar Kankara villages, were met with fierce resistance by the police, forcing them to flee under heavy fire.
Commissioner of Police, CP Aliyu Abubakar Musa, commended the operatives for their bravery, affirming the command’s dedication to securing Katsina State.
