NSCDC to Hand Over Viral Fraudster to Police: FCT Commandant Vows Swift Justice

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has confirmed the transfer of viral fraud suspect Joseph Efe to the police for further investigation and prosecution.

FCT Commandant, Dr. Olusola Odumosu, assured the public during a press briefing that the 30-year-old would be handed over promptly to the police, following his arrest in an Abuja hotel where he had allegedly tied up a victim.

Efe, who fled the scene after robbing his victim, was caught by vigilant NSCDC officers. The suspect later confessed to luring women on dating sites for criminal purposes.

Odumosu also revealed the arrest of several vandals and warned criminals to abandon illegal activities, assuring that the NSCDC would continue its relentless crackdown.
