The Honorable Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Arch_Dangiwa, has received official documents for land allocation from the Nasarawa State Government.
This pivotal step marks the beginning of a transformative journey towards addressing Nigeria’s persistent housing deficit.
The allocation, personally delivered by Nasarawa State Governor Engr. Abdullahi Sule, FNSE, during his recent visit to the Ministry, encompasses 24.62 hectares of prime land in Auta-Balefi, Karu LG.
This strategic allocation paves the way for the construction of the first phase consisting of 250 housing units, forming part of the ambitious Renewed Hope Estate initiative.
With the contract for the construction of these housing units already awarded, the stage is set for rapid progress.
“This development means mobilization to site once documentation is complete,” announced a visibly elated Minister Arch_Dangiwa.
This milestone achievement not only signifies tangible progress in the housing sector but also heralds hope and improved living conditions for countless Nigerians.
Congratulations resonate with the people of Nasarawa State and all Nigerians as this monumental project takes shape, promising a brighter future for generations to come.
