Masari Leads Grand Prayer Session for Tinubu’s Late Mother, Hails Her Enduring Legacy

ABUJA — The Special Adviser to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Political and Other Matters, Alhaji Ibrahim Kabir Masari, on Sunday hosted the Annual Grand Prayer Session in honour of the late Alhaja Habibatu Mogaji, mother of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, at the National Mosque, Abuja.

The solemn event attracted top government officials, political leaders, Islamic scholars, associates, and well-wishers who gathered to offer prayers for the repose of the soul of the late matriarch and celebrate her remarkable contributions to nation-building and human development.

Among the prominent dignitaries present was the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Kashim Shettima, who paid glowing tribute to Alhaja Mogaji, describing her as a woman of extraordinary influence whose impact extended beyond her family and touched countless lives across the country.

Shettima noted that the late former Iyaloja-General of Nigeria left an indelible mark on the nation’s socio-economic landscape through her dedication to empowering traders, promoting unity, and supporting community development.

Speaking during the prayer session, Alhaji Masari emphasized the need to preserve and uphold the values of selflessness, service, and compassion for which the late Alhaja Habibatu Mogaji was widely known.

According to him, her life remains a shining example of purposeful leadership and commitment to humanity, adding that her legacy continues to inspire millions of Nigerians from all walks of life.
