Governor Dikko Radda of Katsina State ushered in a new era with the swearing-in of Alhaji Falalu Bawale as the state’s new Head of Service.

The event also marked the transition of Usman Isiyaku, the immediate past Head of Service, into the role of Special Adviser on Public Service Reforms and a member of the state executive council.

Atmosphere was charged with anticipation as Governor Dikko Radda emphasized the merit-based appointments, stressing the need for cooperation from all permanent secretaries to drive the state towards prosperity.
