Key PDP stakeholders in Katsina are up in arms, alleging a disorganized sale of congress forms.
The Major Stakeholders’ Steering Committee, led by Alhaji Salisu Uli, voiced their concerns at a press conference on Wednesday.
With the congresses set for July 27, Uli highlighted the frustration: “Despite sales beginning on June 3 and being extended to June 24 due to the Sallah festival, no forms are available at the Katsina headquarters.
The caretaker committee is MIA, and no one seems to know where the forms are.”Efforts to contact the committee chairman, Alhaji Musa Abdulkarim, have been futile, leaving stakeholders in a state of uncertainty.
“We will keep monitoring and decide our next steps,” Uli stated, hinting at possible escalation if the situation isn’t resolved swiftly.
