The Arewa Consultative Forum ACF Kano State has applauded the credentials of one of the Nationalists who fought for the Independence and sovereignty of the fatherland.
His contributions to statehood, community development and maintenance of peace among the diverse communities in the country were also commended.
ACF Chairman, Kano State, Goni Dr Farouk Umar made the commendations while rejoicing with the good people of Kano State and the Tanko Yakasai family on the occasion of the freedom fighter’s 99 years on this planet.
He prayed Allah to keep blessing the endeavours of the social activist, tradesman, advocate for peace and ardent public affairs commentator.
Dr Farouk enjoined politicians and administrators to emulate the sterling qualities of the renown community pillar and committed patriot.
