Justice Joyce Abdulmalik of the Federal High Court, Abuja Division, has cautioned all parties in the leadership crisis rocking the African Democratic Congress (ADC) against taking any action that could undermine the authority of the court.
The judge directed that no step should be taken to overreach the court while the suit remains pending, effectively putting all moves in the disputed leadership battle on hold.
The ruling is seen as a decisive effort to maintain order and preserve the integrity of the judicial process as the crisis continues to unfold.
