In a surprising move, Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Media and Publicity, has resigned with immediate effect.

Citing a worsening medical condition, Ngelale revealed that his decision followed intense consultations with his family in recent days.

In a statement issued on Saturday, Ngelale announced his departure from both his role as Special Adviser and his positions as Special Presidential Envoy on Climate Action and Chairman of the Presidential Steering Committee on Project Evergreen.
