Fasil Kenema FC goalkeeper, Amas Obasogie, has kicked off the Super Eagles’ AFCON 2025 qualifier preparations, becoming the first player to report at the team’s camp in Uyo ahead of their crucial double-header against Libya.
Obasogie arrived early yesterday, setting the tone for other players to follow suit after their club commitments this weekend.
Head coach Austin Eguavoen has called up 23 players for the showdown, with the first leg taking place on October 11 in Nigeria, before a return fixture in Libya on October 15.
All eyes are now on the three-time African champions as they begin their quest for AFCON glory.
