The son of the renowned Islamic Scholar, Malam Mannir Sheik Muhammad Ngibirima who is a member Nguru Local Government Task Force Committee on Education alongside other members have continue to engaged people from the Educational disadvantage communities of Nguru Local Government to as a matter of urgency enrol their wards and children in both Islamic and Modern system of learning.
The Islamic Scholar made the appeal while addressing the communities of Dagirari as well as the Normadic community of Nochomski all of Nguru Local Government Area.
During the community Sensitization activities, Sheik Muhammad Ngibirima called on the communities to ensure their wards and children attend schools.
According to him, ” your population is growing day in day out , so it’s necessary you discard that your stereo type of thinking of going against modern system of learning “.
“In the past, we knew you hold serious apathy against modern system of education”.
Therefore, I am urging you to change for the better, if you continue that way, sorry as a community you are going nowhere, this is a fact.
While in Nochomski Community the team which comprises the Chairman of the Task Force Committee, Alh. Gana Mustapha, His Secretary, the Ag. Education Secretary, Mallam Hamisu Ado, UNICEF Facilitator, Mallam Garba Umar and Mallam Mustapha Shettima advocated for more children to be enrolled into the formal school, insisting that level of education of any nation all over the world determine her development and growth.
Highlight of the engagement was symbolic presentations of Free School Uniforms and Teaching and Learning Materials to the vulnerable children in the community.
