Authorities in Lagos have apprehended two suspected criminals who fled Borno State to evade capture. Acting on a reliable tip-off, police arrested the fugitives on April 27, 2025.
The suspects, identified as 31-year-old Bultu Waderiya Yusuf and 30-year-old Sadiq Umar, both natives of Borno State, were captured at Johnson Street in Ilupeju, Lagos.
Following the intelligence report, law enforcement officers swiftly moved to the location and successfully detained the duo. Initial investigations revealed that both suspects had been working as security guards prior to their arrest.
