Earlier today, Governor Abba Yusuf reinstated Emir Muhammadu Sanusi, who took residence in the palace at Kofar Kudu during the early morning hours.
However, in a surprising move, Ado Bayero returned to the ancient city and occupied the mini-Palace just hours later.
Governor Yusuf had called for Ado Bayero’s arrest, but the police have stated they would adhere to the court order against Sanusi’s reinstatement.
Amidst this unfolding drama, Aminu Ado Bayero seems to be gaining significant attention from authorities.
Reports indicate he is currently in a special meeting with all top Kano security chiefs, though the meeting’s agenda remains undisclosed at the time of this report.
