Tinubu seeks Reps support to become President
The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the 2023 presidential aspirant, Bola Tinubu has solicited for the support of members of the House of Representatives to become the next President come 2023.
Appearing before APC House of Representatives caucus at the National Assembly in Abuja, Mr Tinubu said he is soliciting for members supports not to step on President Muhammadu Buhari’s toe but to fit in his shoe.
He said he is the most qualified candidate of all candidates aspiring for the Presidential seat in the country due to his wealth of experience.
The presidential aspirant said his presidential ambition is to replicate development in Lagos to the federation by putting all infrastructures in place.
The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila described Mr Tinubu as a man who put the All Progressives Congress (APC) together.
The speaker added that he is the only Presidential aspirant that has not taken Nigeria for granted, campaigning nationwide and giving respect to whom it is due.
The caucus pledged their full support for Asiwaju Tinubu when the majority leader of the House, Alhassan Doguwa called for voice vote.
