Tausayi Foundation, a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission CAC since September 3, 2018, is set to host its 2nd Qur’anic graduation ceremony in Potiskum, Yobe State.
The foundation’s objectives include promoting religious education, providing assistance to orphans and less privileged persons, and encouraging/empowering youths and widows towards skills development.
During the programme, the Founder/CEO Musa S. Gimba revealed that since commencing operations on February 2, 2019, Tausayi Foundation has executed various activities impacting individuals, groups, and communities.
Some notable achievements include: Construction of an Islamiyya School- Empowerment programs for women and youth, Renovation of water sources, Rehabilitation of Mosques.
Others are purchase of Islamic books and JAMB Forms for the indigent, Sponsoring of Tafsir on radio during Ramadan.
The foundation’s activities are sponsored by individuals, family members, and other philanthropists who share its vision of promoting education, empowerment, and community development.
The 2nd Qur’anic graduation ceremony is a testament to the foundation’s commitment to promoting religious education and empowering the next generation of leaders.
Some of the Parents Malam Ibrahim appreciated the foundation for shaping the future of their children “we’re indeed overwhelmed with the knowledge acquired by our children in this study centre, it will help them become responsible persons in future.”
