According to Police diary, On 10th February, 2026, at about 1745 hours, one Bukar Lawan, male, of Sabon Fegi Ward, Damaturu, reported at a division that earlier the same day, he visited a friend at Nasarawa where he parked his Car-Go motorcycle, ash and black in colour, in front of the friend’s residence. Upon his return, he discovered that an unknown person had stolen the motorcycle.
After making frantic efforts by the Police one Auta Musa, aged 29 years was arrested in connection with a case of motorcycle theft.
Investigation has since commence while the suspect confessed to the commission of the offence, and the stolen motorcycle was recovered and registered as an exhibit.
The motorcycle will be released to the rightful owner, while investigation continues in preparation for prosecution.
