We firmly protest the continuous marginalization and undermining of Hausa-Fulani population of southern Kaduna in your political appointments. The latest is your recent cabinet reshuffle. Of all the appointees from southern Kaduna none was able to deliver his polling unit, not talk of his ward during the last general election. Yet they are rewarded for doing nothing.

Your Excellency, the Hausa-Fulani population have showed you unwavering support and loyalty during your electioneering campaign in 2023. Available statistics and records have shown The All- Progressives Congress (APC) in Kaduna State enjoyed the overwhelming support of the majority of Hausa-Fulani population of Southern Kaduna. especially in areas like, Jema’a (Kafanchan A & B, Dangoma, Jagindi and environs), Kachia (Kachia Urban, Doka & Agunu ward), Sanga (Aboro, Bokana, Gwantu & Nandu ward), Kauru (Kauru East & West, Makami Dawaki Ward Damakasuwa Ward), Kagarko (Kagarko North, Kagarko South, Jere North, Jere South and Tafa), Zango Kataf (Zango Urban ward and Kamuru-Hausa ward) and many others too numerous to mention. The block votes of the ummah have contributed to your overwhelming electoral victory and the APC at the 2023 General Elections. Yet, despite their dedication they are disillusioned and demoralized by the continuous marginalization.

In light of the above, we humbly request that you address our concerns and restore balance in the distribution of elective positions. This will restore confidence and trust of the population which you will need for future elections.
