Manchester United co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe has doubled down on his decision to axe around 200 more jobs at the club, insisting the cuts are essential to prevent financial collapse.
The billionaire businessman, who recently took control of football operations at Old Trafford, believes United’s bloated structure has become unsustainable.
“We have to make tough choices now to secure the future of this great club,” Ratcliffe reportedly told insiders.
