Former Senator Shehu Sani has called out the President and the Minister of Education on X, demanding immediate action to address the transportation crisis at Federal University Dutsin-Ma, Katsina State.
“This is disgraceful,” Sani wrote, criticizing the lack of sufficient buses for students. He also pointed out that Northerners had held the Ministry of Education for over nine years, yet such basic needs remain unmet.
Tagging @officialABAT and @NigEducation, Sani’s statement has sparked widespread debate on the state of educational infrastructure in Nigeria. Students and concerned citizens are now urging the government to prioritize the welfare of learners in the region.
The ball is in the government’s court—will they act?
