Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has officially presented the 2025 budget proposal to the Rivers State House of Assembly, signaling a bold plan for the state’s development in the coming year.

The budget presentation, held at the Assembly complex in Port Harcourt, was presided over by the Speaker, Honorable Victor Oko Jumbo, who commended the governor’s commitment to addressing the state’s economic and infrastructural needs.
