Governor Malam Dikko Umaru Radda has urged Katsina State voters to use their ballots wisely by supporting leaders dedicated to serving humanity.
Addressing party officials, ward coordinators, and APC candidates ahead of the February 15 local government elections, the governor emphasized the electorate’s power to replace underperforming officials.
Speaking at the Presidential Banquet Hall in Katsina, Governor Radda called on party members to intensify mobilization efforts, ensuring massive turnout for APC candidates.
He reiterated his administration’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and citizen welfare, describing these values as a tribute to the sacrifices made by voters during the 2023 general elections.
Deputy Governor Malam Faruq Lawal Jobe praised Radda’s transformational leadership, citing human capital and sectoral development as hallmarks of his administration.
“Governor Radda has positioned Katsina as a beacon of progress, earning pride among its citizens,” Jobe stated, predicting APC’s success in the upcoming polls.
The meeting, which gathered over 13,000 APC leaders, candidates, and mobilization officials, showcased the party’s unity.
APC State Chairman Alhaji Sani Aliyu Daura and Deputy Chairman Bala Abu Musawa both echoed the governor’s call for a robust electoral campaign, emphasizing mutual understanding among party members.
National Coordinator for the 2023 Dikko/Jobe Campaign Council, Alhaji Jabirru Salisu Tasuri, lauded Governor Radda for rewarding loyal supporters with political appointments and responsibilities, strengthening the party’s grassroots connection.
With APC leaders rallying behind Governor Radda’s vision, all eyes are on February 15 as the party aims for sweeping victories in Katsina’s local government elections.
