Dikko Umaru Radda, Governor of Katsina State, on Tuesday hosted an interfaith Iftar with religious leaders and Islamic clerics in a symbolic gathering of unity and faith.
The delegation, led by the Commissioner for Religious Affairs, Hon. Shehu Dabai, offered special prayers for the peace, economic stability, and overall progress of Katsina State. The clerics also extended heartfelt condolences to the Governor over the passing of the late Managing Director of the Katsina State Water Board, Engr. Tukur Hassan Tingilin.
In attendance were the Deputy Governor, Hon. Faruk Lawal; Secretary to the State Government, Barr. Abdullahi Garba Faskari; Chief of Staff, Hon. Abdulkadir Mamman Nasir; alongside other top government officials.
The Iftar session underscored the administration’s commitment to inclusivity, spiritual harmony, and collective responsibility in building a stronger Katsina.
