Governor Dikko Umaru Radda of Katsina State has extended heartfelt congratulations to Nigeria’s Super Falcons following their historic 10th Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) title win, after a stunning comeback against hosts Morocco.
In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed, Governor Radda described the team’s victory as a defining moment for Nigerian sports and a proud symbol of female excellence on the continent.
“This win means more than just a trophy,” Radda said. “The Super Falcons displayed uncommon resilience, unity, and the Nigerian never-say-die attitude. Beating a formidable Moroccan side on their home turf shows the power of talent and teamwork.”
