Russian President Vladimir Putin has reiterated Russia’s readiness for peace negotiations with Ukraine. Speaking at a high-profile event in Moscow, Putin emphasized that the door to diplomacy remains open, despite the ongoing conflict that has gripped the region for nearly two years.
