Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed (Kauran Daular Usmaniyya ) has approved the reconstitution of the Governing Council of the Sa’adu Zungur University with Professor Gambo Laraba Abdullahi as the new Chairperson of the newly reconstituted board. This is in line with the administration’s unwavering commitment to repositioning the university for academic excellence, improved governance, and sustainable development.
Professor Abdullahi, a erudite Educationist is expected to bring to her new position her wealth of experience, impeccable academic credentials, and a deep passion for higher education reform.

Governor Bala Mohammed urged the new leadership of the governing council to work in collaboration with the university management and all stakeholders to reposition Sa’adu Zungur University, Gadau, as a center of excellence and innovation in tertiary education.
Governor Mohammed congratulates Professor Gambo Laraba Abdullahi and other newly appointed members of the council on their well-deserved appointment and wishes them success in this important and challenging assignment.
