Pharmacist Arrested for Treating Bandits in Katsina

Security forces in Katsina State have arrested a pharmacist, Rabe, for allegedly providing medical care to bandits terrorizing the Batsari Local Government Area.

Rabe reportedly confessed to frequent visits to bandit hideouts, treating their injuries sustained during violent raids and clashes. “I provide medication to the bandits whenever they sustain injuries,” he admitted, according to security sources.

Authorities believe his actions may have prolonged the bandits’ operations by facilitating their recovery.

This arrest marks a significant breakthrough in ongoing efforts to dismantle support networks aiding criminal activities in the region.

Investigations are ongoing as security operatives intensify measures to curb banditry in Katsina State.
