In a jubilant atmosphere marked by prayers and thanksgiving, Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, extended his heartfelt appreciation to the residents of Katsina for their unwavering supplications, which, he declared, had been answered with a remarkable improvement in securi⁰pty during the holy month of Ramadan.
Amidst the serene ambience of the Batagarawa Low-cost Eid Ground, where Eid-il-Fitr prayers were led by Imam Adam Husein, Governor Radda addressed the press, expressing profound gratitude to Allah for the tranquil Eid celebration.
“We are thankful to Almighty Allah for allowing us to witness this day and for making this day a very peaceful day in our lives,” he remarked.
Governor Radda, flanked by his Deputy, Faruq Lawal Jobe, and other esteemed government officials, attributed the state’s relative peace to the fervent prayers of its residents.
He urged them to persist in their supplications, acknowledging their pivotal role in fostering harmony and security within the state.
“We want to thank the Katsina people for their prayers for peace and prosperity for our state,” he emphasized.
Highlighting the tangible outcomes of their collective prayers, Governor Radda affirmed, “Indeed, we are grateful, for it has been answered by the Almighty Allah.
We have seen a lot of improvement in the area of security of life and property in the state.”
