Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) support group along with Zamfara state chapter are preparing for the flag off its campaign into state House of Assembly bye election for Kaura Namoda South seat of Zamfara state coming up on Aug. 13, 2025.
The Zonal Chairman of the PDP Support Vanguard, Engr Aliyu Tukur stated this in a statement issue to journalists on Monday in Gusau.
He said, the flag off campaign will include visit of the Governor Dr Dauda Lawal along with state party chairman Alhaji Jamilu Magayaki and other prominent leaders and party supporters in the state.
“Our Governor will visit Banga, Sakajiki, Kyanbarawa before proceeding to Kaura Namoda town after commiserating with family of the victims of banditry attacks and courtesy call to Emir of Kaura”
Truly, he is disturbed and so saddened with incidents blaming the Federal government for neglecting Zamfara people under intense banditry attacks.
The PDP government is doing everything possible to remedy the situation as Government of Dauda Lawal has been doing a lot by donating millions of naira as palliative and other support to the family of these dastardly attacks of villages in the state.
While alleging that the federal government on not sending urgent relief materials to the victims we applauded the governor Dauda Lawal’s efforts of ensuring protection of lives and properties despite financial challenges.
He assured the people with all the effort to save guard and protect them against continue attacks of the bandits.
