PANN Backs Out of Nationwide Protest Over Violence Concerns

The Progressive Amalgamation of Northern Nigeria (PANN), led by Director General Hon. Bala Salihu Dawakin Kudu, along with 35 affiliate organizations across the 19 Northern States and Abuja, has officially withdrawn support from the proposed nationwide protest.

The decision follows thorough consideration of potential risks of violence and instability.

In today’s statement, Hon. Bala Salihu Dawakin Kudu underscored PANN’s commitment to regional peace and stability, expressing fears that the protest, despite valid grievances, could lead to dangerous escalations.”Our priority is the safety and well-being of our members and the public,” said Hon.
