The Joint Task Force Northwest Operation Hadarin Daji (OPHD) made significant strides in the fight against terrorism in Zamfara State. Battling through Babban Doka, Gobirawar Challi, and Kabaro axis, our brave troops showcased unparalleled courage, neutralizing 12 terrorists and sending others fleeing.
The heroes from Dansadau Forward Operating Base seized a cache of weapons and assets, including AK-47 rifles, ammunition, and even livestock belonging to the criminals. With 10 motorcycles destroyed on the spot, the terrorists’ mobility was dealt a severe blow.
Brigadier General S Ahmed, Commander of Sector 1 OPHD, lauded the troops’ unwavering determination and urged them to maintain their momentum until peace is fully restored. Major General GM Mutkut, the mastermind behind the tactical success, received well-deserved praise for his leadership.
The message is clear: OPHD is relentless in its mission to stamp out terrorism and restore peace to Zamfara.
