Katsina, Nigeria – In a time when Nigeria’s security architecture demands steadfast leadership and unwavering commitment, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Katsina State is finding both in its Commandant, Aminu Ahmed Datti.
