The Katsina State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has reaffirmed its commitment to inter-agency collaboration, with the State Commandant, Commandant of Corps AD Moriki Acti Anim, paying courtesy visits to the Commander 213 Forward Operating Base of the Nigerian Air Force, Air Commodore GI Jibia, and the Katsina State Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General, Hajiya Fadila Mohammed Dikko.
The visits, which took place on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at the Nigerian Air Force Base along Daura Road and the State Secretariat along Kano Road, were aimed at strengthening operational cooperation, intelligence sharing, and institutional synergy among security and legal stakeholders in the state.
Commandant Moriki reaffirmed the commitment of the Commandant General, Professor Ahmed Abubakar Audi, mni, OFR, to ensuring the safety and security of all citizens, while safeguarding critical national assets and infrastructure across Nigeria. He noted that the visit was part of efforts to enhance collaboration and foster stronger working relationships with key partners in the fight against insecurity.
In their separate remarks, Air Commodore Jibia and Hajiya Dikko welcomed the new NSCDC Commandant to Katsina and commended the Corps for its professionalism and commitment to national security. Both leaders assured him of their continued support and cooperation in sustaining peace and justice in the state.
Highlights of the visit included the exchange of souvenirs and group photographs to mark the occasion.
