The Commandant General of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps NSCDC, Dr. Ahmed Abubakar Audi, has congratulated Hon. Alhassan Ado Doguwa, Chairman, Special Committee on Oil Theft/Losses, on his turbaning as Sardaunan Kasar Hausa Mai Tuta by the Emir of Daura, His Royal Highness Alh. Umar Faruk Umar CON.
Represented by the Katsina State Commandant, Aminu Datti Ahmad fsf, MADM, the CG described Doguwa’s recognition as “well-deserved,” citing his “unwavering commitment to integrity, compassion, and selfless service to humanity.”
“The Commandant General had wanted to be here in person to witness this historic moment, but was unavoidably engaged,” Commandant Datti stated. “Nevertheless, he extends his heartfelt congratulations and goodwill.”
The grand ceremony, held at the Emir’s palace in Daura, also saw Alh. Hamza Suleiman Faskari, Katsina State Commissioner for Environment, turbaned as Sadaukin Kasar Hausa, and Samir Ismail Musawa as Bulaman Kasar Hausa.
The event attracted a high-powered delegation of dignitaries, including the Governor of Katsina State, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda PhD, CON; his Jigawa counterpart, Malam Umar Namadi; Deputy Governors of Katsina and Kano States; Senator Barau Jibrin, Deputy Senate President; former Katsina State Governor, Aminu Bello Masari; and Rt. Hon. Nasir Yahaya Daura, Speaker, Katsina State House of Assembly.
Also in attendance were members of the National and State Assemblies, service chiefs, and traditional rulers, all celebrating the honour bestowed upon leaders who have distinguished themselves in public service.
