NPF Unveils Maiden National Police Day – Grand Parade Set for April 7

The Nigeria Police Force NPF is set to host the first-ever National Police Day on April 7, 2025, with a grand parade at Eagle Square, Abuja. This landmark celebration will run from April 2 to April 7, featuring nationwide community outreach, exhibitions, and special events aimed at strengthening police-community relations.

The initiative, proclaimed by President Tinibu on April 19, 2024, underscores the sacrifices and dedication of officers in securing the nation. The event will honor fallen heroes and showcase the NPF’s unwavering commitment to national security.

Highlights include a Police Community Outreach (April 2-6), Exhibitions (April 4), a Nationwide Walkathon (April 5), and the Grand Parade on April 7.
