In response to public concerns over alleged illegal transactions and collusion with certain police operatives, the Nigeria Police Force has officially banned the use of POS machines and other electronic mobile money transaction devices within police stations and facilities across the country.
This move aims to address perceived issues related to improper financial transactions involving POS operators and members of the police force.
