As part of its efforts to boost efficiency and productivity, the non-governmental organization Sahei Gender Development Initiative (SGDI) is seeking suppliers to apply for inclusion in future procurement opportunities.
In a statement made available to journalists in Maiduguri on Tuesday, titled “Expression of Interest for Suppliers Registration,” SGDI announced that qualified suppliers are expected to submit their company profiles, including a list of key staff, evidence of similar jobs in the past, award letters, and completion certificates.
The registration process began on April 10, 2024. According to the statement, SGDI is particularly interested in companies and organizations with the capabilities to supply:
– Baseline and end-line assessment (Lot 1)
– Hotels and hospitality services, and workshop orders (Lot 2)
– Office supplies (stationery, tea, coffee, water, household items, furniture, and appliances) (Lot 3)
– Construction/renovation services and works (Lot 4)
– Laptops (Lot 5)
– Fleet/transportation services (Lot 6)
– Media, printing, and advertisement services (Lot 7)
– Re-integration start-up packs (Lot 8)
– Emergency shelter kits (Lot 9)
To submit an expression of interest and register as a supplier, companies should submit their profiles to the email address saheiprocurement.ngo@gmail.com. Both online/soft copy submissions and hard copies will be accepted.
